Default Viewing problems

Hey guys for some reason I cant play any videos on my computer. Its not my norton protection-and its not the network im on either. If somebody could make a suggestion as to what to do it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, andy

you have windows media/quicktime? if for some reason you dont have any media program it might cause problems????

oh yeah i thought i did, but just in cast i downloaded the latest versions-still dont work
