Im going to be putting a new (stock) pump and 8.1l injectors in with mine eventually. Was hoping to shift at 6600 on the street/track.

jezz man that sucker sounds good!! good luck with the 8.1 injectors. mine must have been right place right time. I can't keep up now for sure. you buy some slicks yet? I shift my tsp220 cam at 6400 street, and 6600 track.

After closing the cutout and driving around a little today. Even untuned for this cam, I think it makes more power down low and daily driving it than my old cam.

so how do you like the cam scott? Given your experience with the 228 in the 5.3, what would you recommend for a all around 6.0 cam

It's not tuned yet, so I'm not exactly sure when the power will kick in and how strong. But from what I can tell so far, the power is better all around and the speed really seems to climb faster up top. It might just turn my truck into a 1/4 mile runner with the top end I gained
