going back and listening to it when he lets off it definately sounds like he's on a dyno....

Im pretty sure its on a road. If you look at the background you can see some trees or something pass by.

Damn those trucks run bad ***!

 

It appears to be on a dyno, sounds like it and plus it appears to be way to smooth of a ride, don't see any real suspension movement at all, even when it shifts.

None the less I've heard these new RTs move out nicely.

If it is indeed on the road, that's awesome. I think it is, why else would he staay at 70 MPH??? for sometime after? Unless he wanted to make it appear as if he was on the road... Either way, those trucks are badass...

You know...after watching it more closely and using a little logic, this was definitely on the streets/interstate. I thought I had read somewhere where the owner of the truck posted this video and said it was on a dyno, but that can't be right. 1) at 28 seconds something flies by. 2) if you watch the dash the entire video you can see a little shaking. 3) if he were on a dyno doing a pull, why would he be running through all of the gears then holding it at 70 after...

so yeah, I now rest my case LOL.
