those 6.2s are no joke.

 

judging by the sidewall and width, those are 26's. usually how my truck is, slow at takeoff and then it moves after it gets going. soon to get my converter installed and be good. Damn Rhino i know u miss it, its like a hell of a difference before nad after converter

 

No comparison. My 3rd gear pull was better with the converter. I do miss it but my wife has her eye on a newer camaro. I want an f body to play with but may meet her in the middle with a newer ss...lol. I want a 6 speed she wants an auto....

 

okay then its one step backwards, to take 2 steps forward. i would do the same lol. try to sneak in a deal. just take her to a very nice place and then tell her u don't want the f body no more that the camaro will do, and if u can please get it in a 6 speed, if she disagrees, then say oh well i tried bakc to the f body. lol.

 

i dont know what u do but u make that 4.8 move..... and yes those 6 speed trannys are crazy.. i have a hard time taking on my buddies denali from a 60 roll.. hes just always in gear.. things pulll hard up top.. and hes just on lt headers

 

Well the 4.8 is gone!! I had to move on to a a 6.2 6speed myself!
