well i guess he found a weak point in his truck. I look at it like if it breaks it wasnt strong enough anyways. thats y i have a new motor in the SSS. smoked #7 piston with to much boost.

Thanks! The Hemi Ram made 435, the Lightning made 369, the Lightning is lighter but I guess not light enough to make up the power difference. The Ram needs to try brake boosting, I think it will do even better, get rid of that slight bit of lag.

The rods are pretty weak, rated to 450 flywheel hp over a period of time, some people make alot more than that on them but they dont generally have 105k miles when they do lol

Nice runs. The L's are some heavy pigs for reg cabs though usually bout 5k or so and the stock motors are known for slingin pistons thru the block.
I'm sure the owner knew he was on borrowed time with that many miles with the pulley.
Ethier way it still sucks *** to blow a motor.
