Default Pacesetter/Bullet exhaust vid

Hey everyone, I'm just getting my exhaust close to finished and figured I'd post up a vid. Just some Pacesetter LT's, ORY, and single 3" to a Dynomax Bullet. It will eventually exit out the side with a polished 4" SS tip. Oh, my truck's a '00 5.3 with 141,000 miles.

I've been lurking...

Trying to improve my knowledge base.

I definitely think it would sound a lot better on something with some actual power. Which I hope to have in the future. I have to say that it definitely sounds better in person. I wish I would have revved higher then like 4k, it definitely sounds better in the upper rpm range. That GTO sounds sooo badass, I wish I could put half those numbers down!

Yeah, it is fairly loud, but I've gotten used to it over the past couple of weeks. The drone is only bad around 1700rpm and that's below where I usually do most of my driving so it's not a big deal.

As far as the power gains, it feels a lot more responsive and it pulls really hard in the mid range through 5900rpm. I'd definitely say they're worth it. The exhaust note is also a lot more refined and staccato.

I miss my dual bullets you are right it definately has a certain tone at wot high rpms. I miss it alot. My true dual with LTs and an x-pipe had incredible throttle response. Keep up the modding!
