Awesome Curt!
It's not evident from the videos, but...
A friend of mine was there with another friend and started telling me about a sweet black truck w/ an HD hood that they saw @ Steele...I told him I know who that is...
He said that it looked like a Sunday drive out of the hole and then the turbo slingshot'd your a$$ through the traps!
They were there running a blue Mustang w/ a Chevy big block that only made one pass and a red & black Mustang w/ nitrous motor and a bump stick that ran a 10.1x on motor and a 9.44 @ 145 w/ a 175 shot...they both live right down the street from me...

Curt that is simply awesome. The camera angle is great (would love to see the gages), it looks a lot like I'm looking out of the cockpit of a small jet on take-off.

Very nice strip too, looks really clean! Congrats!

Yeah, with the windows up and the converter locking early it doesn't have all the sound...when it locked up it started pullin like a freight train
I saw them, the blue car must have had a problem...he lined up beside me once but didn't get a good run. You should have came with them.

Yes indeed, I'm still stoked about it. I thought the gauges were going to show...but when i rolled up the window it got dark inside. The track is pretty nice until you get to the shut down area...then you realize how fast your going. It's really bumpy.
Congrats on 11's...I never got there in my ecsb...12.003 was my best

Daniel used to have his Grand National set-up in that Mustang...then put his GN back together and sold the rolling chassis Mustang to a friend...
He then traded the GN to the guy that had bought the Mustang...that guy had already dropped a 500+hp BBC in it and set it up to spray 600hp
Daniel's not spraying that so he's been trying to re-tune it for motor only and keeps having issues with it pulling alot of timing...
I think that's what happened Saturday...it just bogged down, so he trailered it...

I wish I could've gone with them...I had to go in and close Saturday though...

You ARE going to Huntsville Fri-Sat and then SDR on Sunday right?
