I honestly don't understand how goodyear is still in business. The always sepperate, have no traction day one to the day you take them off, and are high priced. The only thing they have going for them is they last many miles. Who cares if they nearly kill you every time it rains or snows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It truely blows my mind.

Yeah, I was aliitle stubborn and I learned my lesson. GY GT II's came on the truck when I bought it in '02 and I thought it should be the one I should stick with. I met hubby in '04 and that's when the learning/modding began. Eric found the 'Kooks after some research, and a strong recommendation from our family Doc, who is into racing, and he knew 'Kook engineers. So since then I've been hooked on the 'Kooks. Not to forget they are very price friendly IMO.

I'm lead to believe that HK's are good in particular regions, and everyone has their favs as far as what tire works best for them.

Honestly, I believe I would have liked any tire after the Continentals I had... those... were junk.

What kind of hankooks did you have? I have put quite a few differant styles on many differant vehicals with no complaints. What downfalls did you have with them?
