Wow, I was reading that GMFS and had to stop like you Rob.
I travel alot, and I mean ALOT ALOT and I've learned to respect the people and cultures of the countries you visit and that respect will be returned to you in turn. What he did was disrespectful and although I didn't know that it was illegal to fly another flag over the US flag it is common sense if your in another country not to fly your flag over another countries flag.
I think it's funny to read people make ignorant comments but sad as well.

I would be outraged to see any foreign flag flying over the american flag. Nothing racial about it, its just disrespectful and clearly done to get a reaction of some kind. Hats off to that veteran...

The American flag is never to be flown at a hieght equal to or lower then any other flag, I thought this was well known but maybe not.. Maybe I learned it in the military but I could have sworn that it was well known in grade school. Non the less, when in America show respect for the U.S. Flag.. If you are in another foreign country then there flag must be respected, or you should leave.

I don't understand how they(illegal immigrants) can be here breaking so many laws and even having the ***** to protest in public and still not get arrested or deported. Hell, when I was ACCUSED of committing a crime, I was arrested and sent to jail(case was dismissed - I was in the wrong place at the wrong time). The authorities didn't mind embarrassing and humiliating me in front of my family, but they won't dare arrest or deport the illegals(the ones that protest in public). I don't have anything against Mexicans at all (I'm black/mexican myself), I just think the illegals are getting away with way too much over here.

touchy subject.
i definately agree with a major majority.i as well as a bunch have lost loved ones in our previous wars fighting for the rights we have today in OUR country and i am sick of illegals(not just hispanics)taking advantage of these rights. that is like a slap in the face to our war heros.
