Here's a vid I took this weekend of a race between me and a buddy of mine. His truck is a pretty heavily modded Hemi. We ran a total of 3 times. The first race we both spun badly and jumped to 2nd immediately. Second race we both got better launches, and the third was a joke on my part. 1 tire fire = weak sauce.

Well anyone is more than welcome to come find out how slow my truck is.......... Yeah its still in the process of being complete. Rear end is next, then bigger cam. Ls6 cam is a little small for my taste.

Nice runs! yeah, Hemis' don't do well from a roll - I think it's because of the long second gear- can't remember. I had a friend who had a RC Hemi that would run high 13's all day at the track. And he'd kill me from a dead stop, but from a 40 roll, I could get a big enough jump to beat him. (This was in my old truck, not current one).

Ya, the Dodge trucks have an alternate 2nd gear when downshifting which sucks. It uses one of the overdrive packs that likes to blow up when any power is thrown at it. First gear is real steep and lots of the 20" wheel trucks have 3.92 or 4.56 rearends.
