Default The making of a fiberglass bumper final stages pics

This is after wet sand and wheeling





This is after a coat of parting film and a thick layer of tooling gel.







First 2 layups of glass





Layer of endgrain balsa





Final layups of glass





After trimming flange and popping out the plug.
