Digital camera's pickup to much bass. I have the same muffler and have a question for you.
With the borla further back did it have a v6 sound to it in the throttle sometimes? If so, Did moving it forward deepen it up a bit?
I have a sound clip i did of mine but all you can hear is bass, you can't tell what it actually sounds like.

Here's a high rpm drive by i did on the ice.

the sound after relocating is a night and day difference. I never got the V6 sound. With the muffler further back it was more of a high pitched raspy gargle. now it's very deep with a little rasp at the higher RPM's. I have a clip of the borla in the back position. I will edit a new video with both clips in it so you can compare them, but it will have to be when I get home tonight.

alot of it has to do with position, pipe size, and how far after the muffler that it dumps.

Here's mine with the round vs the oval, and it's with 3" all the way to the bumper.

heres some lt with cats into an x-pipe with 2 xr-1s and out the sides of the truck. you can look in the wheel well and see both muffs. all 2 1/2'' pipe

maybe i should move them forward? i really like the sound of circuboys truck, but maybe its just the cam?!?

High pitch raspy gargle, thats the sound i'm talking about.
I have LT's Y Pipe, Bullet, 4ft of midpipe and then the Xr1 with a turn down. Let me know what it looks like when your done, seems a lil weird in my head to visualize Y pipe, Muffler, and then alot of piping then dumped at the rearend.

i'll try to get a better video today if i can. I'll try some different camera positions and see which gives me a more realistic quality.

my corsa dumped with the bullet in front of it has that weird gargle sound at about 3000 rpm, before i put the bullet on it was so freakin raspy it was ridiculous.

Thanks. That's sounded just like mine.
How many ft of pipe do you have behind the muffler now?

Thanks for sharing this with us because that's the sound i'm wanting.
