na, i blew a coupling off the turbo and had no choice but to slow down...... maybe that was my sign.. I put the coupling back on and caught up with them at the next exit

driveshaft speed was ~6300 rpms

That's just nuts!

Fastest I've ever taken the Tahoe up to was 132, the top of 3rd gear, and that was pre blower, cam and headers. I've just read that aside from the ds speed, 4th gear wasn't meant for serious power and that I would toast it if I went WOT through 4th. Always been curious what it would do with the extra 200rwhp

mine was already in OD with the converter locked..

How about pinion angle?any shims or it ever been checked?
I have run mine upper 140s with no issues or vibration

2 piece driveshafts are pretty damn solid. i had my silverado up to 160 a few times. it doesnt stop well going that fast lol.
