Thanks guys. For those asking it was a pretty simple set up. Bored 5.3 with worked 706 heads, small cam, D1sc on about 14 psi.

drop is 4/6, yes bored to 5.7

 

Man, you should have left it like that. A truck that can run 10's and that even the wifey could drive to the grocery store is sweet!

Whats up Jamie, haven't talked to you in over a year now. Hows your truck running, I assume pretty good since you haven't called with any O-**** questions lately. You still cruisin on low boost? If so, I'm gonna a have to findd some time to come down there show you how to turn that bitch up. Let me know when your ready. I aint skeered. We need to get something to gether go for Mich over in Alabama to run. Oyea, I just remember that I had these vids and got so excited I post them up.

As were all out in the garuarge working on this junk, that comment is made about 3 times a night. I have to remind them that this is the same streetable truck that I had before with add saftely features, some deleted usless features and lightlened up the truck abit. Same motor bigger blower. It will be still very friedly street ride. Bottom line, I added the cage and 4linked the rear. We'll see, but I plan on rolllin the darkest H-town streets lookin for action. If it needs a trailer to get home we'll start calling a race car on the stree.

 

So was this stock internal engine, or did you have frgd goodies in there???

I like your thinking about it being a street truck drive it to the track and then home, I drove mine to S.A and back but only put a 11 sec pass. Really nice that you can still drive it on the streets.
