Due to the long tubes and full 3" dual exhaust.

stock tbss system with 3.0 pulley you see 5 to 5.5 psi. doing long tubes and true 3 inch duals lost some. now wiht 2.9 pulley seeing 5.5 psi. havent checked iats sorry all i know its moving and that was driving crazy to the spot where i could hit it. All i know the iat on hp tuners was not in the red. im just learning all this stuff.

im sure with meth injection and 2.7 pulley will be insaneeeeee.

guys with long tubes and true duals like me with 2.8 pulley are getting at most 6.5 and with 2.7 pulley should see 7 to 7.5

I"m sorry that I'm not smarter and just know these things. But the engine in the tbss is the LS2 6.0, right? So you're about 400hp/400tq at the crank stock. Something like 10.9 CR. I'm just making sure that it's not the LQ4 or the LQ9.
The reason I'd like to know is because that was fricking awesome. If I could get my 6.0 to run like that I'd be thrilled. I didn't think that a 112 would do that much for a 6.0. You were 0-60 in like 4.5 seconds.
Thanks for all the help!

Yes, you are right. The TB SS has a LS2 with the LS6 Zo6 cam(204/218 with a 117.5 lsa) and the compression is 10.9 compared to the Lq9 10:1 and lq4 9.5:1. With the higher compression, you will won't be able to run as much boost without meth or meth and race fuel but he has already said meth will be used. The head cc's is where the compression is really made up at. The Lq9 (317 casting) is a 72cc chamber where the ls2 is a 65cc chamber according to the GM Performance Parts catalog.

Last edited by YenkoST; Mar 26, 2007 at 11:56 AM. Reason: Made a mistake in the LS2 cc chambers.

Actually the LS2 has the '01 LS6 cam (204/211 .525 116lsa), and the 243-castings have 64.67cc chambers.

Thank you very much for the specifics. I never thought a 112 would make a 6.0 rock like that. At what point are you spinning the 112 too fast. Aproximately what size pull would it be?
I'd like to create almost a similar set up as this, I just don't want to stress the 112 too much.
Thanks again!!! I'm done with the hijack.
