I don't think there that fast either. I think they run like a 9.7 in the 1/8 stock

yea i had to have a the dealer do a search to find mine is a 2009 colorado extended cab with the 5.3l and i paid about 26k after the rebates. the best it run in the 1/8 before the tune was a 9.7, but after a Black Bear tune the best is a 9.1 with some tire spin.

Yeah, I know. I'm not sure I want a full size though. I'm wanting to get a v8 2wd truck that's sporty to drive to work when I get tired of the xterra and nice enough to cruise on weekends.

Awesome. I'll probably wind up having to do that. Actually, I'll probably have to drive to a dealership in miss or fla to get them to search. The one here said he couldn't find any at all even after the expanded the search to TX.

There HAS to be at least a couple sitting at some dealerships.

It's too bad you can't get the V8 in a regular cab... Extended and Crew only.

It'll be rare to find it in 2WD, depending on where you are...

There's a fair number or 4WD's that roll through up here... But with winter and this being a mudding type town, a 2WD is a special order.

Our local dealer has an extended cab ZQ8 with the 5.3. I'd love to have one but I'm not paying 31k lol. I'll stick to the built, not bought saying.
