Is the shop recommended in this thread selling them yet?

 

I called CBR Performance. The price on a set is $425, they should be ready for sell in a couple months. They have redone the motor on their prototype truck and are in the testing and redesigning stage using this truck. They are getting them dialed in a set up before they start reselling them.

 

Dang thos are pretty expencive!! I just ordered my Caltracs for $362 shipped. I like the Caltracs setup better too.

 

Where did you order those from? Summit has them for like $406.

Im thinking Im going to get the ones like LSX10 has for a good deal. But Im stil curious where you got them for $362

 

I just e-mailed them a www.calvertracing.com and that is what they told me they wanted for them so I got a set.

 

I built my own set of caltracs for $100.and they work as good as caltracs.

 

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but has anyone had problems with their Caltracs or Battlebars being so low? That's the only reason I'd hesitate to get any.

sparkwirez06 - what are those fans to in the picture of the full rear axle?

Ill post some pics as quick as I can. Caltracks makes a shorter bracket for the front mount for lowered s-10s. Thats the ones I got and I haven't drug on anything. My s-10 has 4" blocks and mono leafs in back.
