The wife and I are discussing buying a home soon and would like the additional capital as a down payment. Hows the market when selling these trucks.
98 5.3L auto trans extended cab stepside gmc sonoma full power on the inside, indigo blue metallic with 3rd door. The truck was completely built by me and everything powertrain interior and suspension wise is new and upgraded to the best parts the general had available. I've put about six or seven thousand miles on it since finishing it last year. Shes been adult driven and not beat on it's my hotrod daily driver. Just trying to see what the feel is here from those who have these trucks also.

To the builder, its worth alot more than you will get for it, probably only resale for part of what youve put into it. How many miles and how is the body condition?
Id say you will have to sale it for $5000-$10000 depending on condition and who is buying it.
Pics? Mods to motor and drivetrain?

It's perfect body straight as an arrow and completely fresh paint job and all weather strip, pull all of the glass out when I painted it bed off and did it right. I stripped it to a shell and built it from the ground up. I was kinda figuring a fair value of 8500-10,000. I have a fair amount in it but have built and sold bunches of projects in the past so was expecting to not get full investment out of it.
