Default Hummer or colorado v8 oil pan and 6l80 bolt pattern

HI , i am currently installing an ls3 camaro ss engine with a 6l80 transmission in my 2012 colorado .. i purchase a gm muscle oil pan from current performance which is said to be the oil pan on the v8 colorado and hummer v8 alpha. i notice today that the 2 lower bolts on the 6l80 dont align properly . has anyone come across this and is there another oil pan i can use that will that will have clearance as the colorado pan.
