Default Anyone put a 4L80e behind an LS in a S10?

I've blown up a couple 4L60e's in my 00 Silverado and am getting ready to buy a new trans. for the S10 project, I already have an LS2 out of a TBSS but haven't had the $$ for the trans, till now. Just looking for some input.

Thanks,
Chris

It can be done but you have to cut some of the tunnel out to fit.

no cutting required. just a pinch weld seam in the front of the trans. tunnel "flattened out" not very noticeable at all once its in there.

im using a 4L80E behind a LQ4 in my 99 sonoma.
