The rotors look small in a 22" wheel
This was installed on my 2008 gmc sierra. 10 bolt rear end that is narrowed 3" each side for a total of 6". Custom Moser axles.

Are your billets hubcentric? With a hubcentric wheel the shorter studs aren't a huge issue, but with lug centric wheels like my 15s, it's a giant PITA getting everything centered and the lugnuts on with the midget studs. I would have rather had long 1/2" studs than midget 14mm studs, even if the later is minimally stronger. My axles are actually dual drilled from Moser, so technically I could remove the 14mm studs and change to 1/2

Mine has weld on leaf perches, but it'd be the same as a flip kit. So a gmt900 truck with a flip kit AND NARROWED REAR END will need to remove the u bolts to install the caliper with this kit

Been running these brackets for a while without any issues, awesome product.

The one thing I would like to see come with this as a kit would be a bracket to hold the brake line.

Well, I didn't have any issues with the calipers and the flip kit like you're posting. And now my axle is unflipped (raised to stock height) also with no issues.

I'm using the Russell SS lines and they are bolton with the calipers, although a tad redundant.
