I know I want an aeroforce scan guage, not sure on the second gauge yet. Probably will end up with a wide band of some fashion. Either that, or run a secondary trans temp sensor up by the cooler since I will be towing with this truck.

 

you can get the aeroforce with the wideband option right? A trans temp gauge(s) is a must IMO esp if your towing

 

Ya they offer the Aeroforce with a wideband.

 

That is my thought at the moment. The Aeroforce will also give you a trans temp, but I am thinking I would rather have it at the cooler to get a more accurate reading.

I even have a smaller cooling fan that I intend to mount in front of the trans cooler. When I tow, I generally tow heavy loads -10K or heavier.

Think you guys just made up my mind, HAHA.

 

If I can find a good place to mount a scan gauge I might pick one up.




or just drive around with my laptop hooked up now since I just bought HP Tuners. I just think Fast and Furious though if I see a laptop always on someones seat running. Dunno why

 

I plan to build a computer into my suburban at some point. Not because I think it is cool, but for my job. I figure I could always put some cheap scan gauge software on it and hook it up. The 60/40 front seat will have to give way to some buckets for that to happen though.

If gas prices don't go down, I am going to be the pale white hairy guy in a thong riding my daughters Dora the explorer bike to work. I will need a custom pod to hold my GPS to the handle bars.

 

I understand why youd be on the bike, but Why would you be in a thong?

 

Because I can't pedal fast enough to run an air conditioner.
