Default yellowsierra bad seller.
Bought some heads from him, and was supposed to be with arp head bolts, got the heads but no bolts, pm'd him about the bolts, he told me he thought he told me he sold them to someone else, nope you didn't, here is the thread.

Justin is a pretty stand up guy. I've seen him make things right before. I'm sure he did not try to mislead you. Hopefully you two will work something out. Good luck.
