Long story short I ordered some valve springs from a member on ls1 tech. I only received 6 springs when I messaged the member he said he shipped all 16 and that they are insured. I offered to ship the springs back for a refund but the member said he would only give a refund if I shipped all 16 springs back. What should I do I don't want my trader rating fucked up and I don't want to **** this guys paypal up if the springs were stolen by the postal service. I am in Korea so I have all of my stuff I order sent to another member on here so everything can be inspected an I can be notified when my parts come in.

 

If the shipment was insured he needs to initate a cliam with the shipper. Thats why you insure these things, but IIRC the sender has to file the claim.

 

That is what I was thinking but how do I get my money back?
