Default Major Props to John(Crash Dummy) & Brian(BlownChevy)!!!

Well, after many trials and tribulations the tranny is finally tuned right. Brian hooked me up with John and he went to town. Within a few minutes the truck was performing much better. After a little more fine tuning it was great. I think after the adaptive shift thingy kicks in it will need more fine tuning but its lightyears beyond what it was. All I can say is that John knows his stuff. Thanks alot John. Thanks Brian for setting this up.

AND YES MY LIGHTS STICK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB!!!! I like it that way.......

I'm curious as to what they changed that made the difference. Please don't tell me it a tuners secret. I'd like to get mine to shift a little better.

interestingly enough, since i now have a built 4l65e, John started with a Stock GTO trans file for the normal mode. And since I tow, he started with a stock H2 tow/hual mode. we left the stock H2 tow/hual mode virtually untouched. Then the 1-2 was still shifting hard on the stock gto, so we copied the first half of the h2 tow haul. that helped alot. we fine tuned from there.

KB, do you have tuning software? I can try to get you a copy of the tune......
