No one really cares about it at this point.

It's obvious at this point that you know that you sold a crap motor.
You have seen the pictures.
You have see the damaged bearings, and what the prognosis is of the crank.
This motor is clearly not in the advertised condition that you sold it in.

Are you going to settle this?
If you are, are you going to find or use another shop other than HKE?

 

Every time I talk to nick his nice and calm about it your doing the bickering tool and ill find out prices threw my speed shop up here and me and NICK will talk not u thank u
