twolow02fransen you should contact a mod and let them know. We'll see how many times it takes for people to complain about getting shafted from a particular member before that member is banned. At a minimum he should be prohibited from selling anything on this forum. David always has "bad luck" and is just "busy" and "has a new job" or "school" is getting in the way. It's always a lie and an excuse. If you can't deliver or get the product in motion within 48 hours of the transaction you shouldn't sell. Period. When's this BS going to stop? When will people stop buying from him? When's he going to be prohibited from selling? David's a compulsive liar and always has an excuse no matter who he works with. It's time that this BS has stopped.
Hirdlej, you had buisiness with David and it was resolved...You obviously harbor resentments and I can understand but you didn't get ripped off and it is totally out of line to say more than what you experienced.
gcsd3742, you were banned because you pissed me off....No mods are snoballed here... If I were you, I'd stay as far from any bashing as yo can get. You have no complaint here, you have purchased nothing and are only voicing personal dislikes to discredit. For that I should permaban you but I wil leave your vindictive immiture comments for all to see
David has been slow and I in no way condone late shipping and slow responses BUT I will not tolerate bad mouthing of members who have as far as I know always come through in the end. Slow to ship and ripped off are two totally different things, let's be clear here.

My issue was resolved as well. So I did in no way get scammed. I hope this thread doesn't just get deleted like all the others.
For those interested in buying from David, he seems to work on the principle that if you don't threaten to take action with him, he won't ship your parts. He has yet to scam someone so I am in no way calling him a scammer, but people have had to wait months at times to get parts from him and he always has a convenient excuse for being away. He isn't a thief, but a terrible businessman. I've learned my lesson and while in my case it was open for debate who was in the right, his selling tactics were extremely poor.
I suppose you can't ban someone on the sole principle of being a slow shipper, but there have been quite a few people upset by his way of conducting business.

I will not tolerate people who take money from a member here and then do not contact, ship, or anything. This member clearly needs to be banned from selling. Period.

I have never done business with the guy, but I have seen a few threads on here like this and wonder the same thing. If you have time to be on the internet, then you have time to ship the parts. There is NO excuse for taking someones money without being able to ship just as quick. If someone buys something from me, I always ship the part the next working day. It doesn't matter if they paid me at 2:00 that morning with paypal. It always goes the next business day. Then when I get home, I always pm them the tracking number to the package. They shouldn't have to ask. I think you need to shape up on your business practices a lot if you want to continue selling things, otherwise, that is one more thing that you will be trying to "catch up" on in life.
