I want to take this opportunity to let any and all of you who don't already know that Joe (2005SSR6speed) takes business professionalism and complete customer satisfaction to a whole new level!

Case in point: I bought a used Radix supercharger kit for my '05 Silverado SS that was claimed to be a "complete '04+ kit." Well the "complete '04+ kit" showed up on my door step and turned out to have the wrong setup!! ('03 return-style fuel system vice the '04+ returnless system my truck has).

So I needed a new fuel manifold, intercooler pump wiring harness and the in-tank fuel pump which caused me to have buy a whole new accessory box since the kit subassemblies cannot be purchased individually through Magnuson!

Well not only did Joe get me the accessory box, but he also PAID FOR UPS 2nd Day Air shipping to get it to me in time for my install date at my local performance shop!! That was almost $200 out of his own pocket!

Additionally, when the accessory box showed up at my door, it was missing the fuel pump! So Joe once again came through and had a pump sent out overnight direct to my installer in time to meet the deadline to get my install complete and my truck back on the road!!

And on top of all of that, Joe is getting a hold of the cost break down for the individual subassemblies for me as well as getting the word out to peopel who he knows need replacement parts for their Radix kits in an effort to help me sell off the parts I don't need in order to recoup most of my money back from the accessory box purchase!!!

Joe is a terrific guy and an outstanding business man who has done nothing but impress me every step of the way during our business transaction. He's easy to get in touch with, very personable on the phone and extremely knowledgable on anything and everything Magnuson makes.
