parts revies would be nice. when some one does a mod.( whose parts they use and what where there experiance, list mods befor and how much the new mod helped or hurt, ease of instalation, issues with instructions, issues with the parts them selves, what they would change about a part if anything. I'm sure there are members that work at some of the manufacturers that could use ideas about there parts or how to make there parts better than there compotition)

I've personaly had issues with badly designed parts from a major manufacturer a mechanical engener that is in our amc club actualy draw up a design and sent it back to this company but they would not change there unsafe design. they said "it would make the part cost twice as much" but going from a $20 set of junck unafe bushings to a $40 set of correct bushings seems better than a failer at the track at 130 due to having to leave bolts loose on the front end so you do not have to force the stering to return. I'm shure it is lawsute wating to happen. luckly all the amc racers recognized the problem and the parts are use mostly on show cars now. It is getting hard to find good nos 35 pluss year old front suspention parts.

A how too section would be nice

maybe a newbie sticky that answers in detail common Lightning starters. list of mods, FAQ's, etc. I dont mind sharing my knowledge of Lightnings, but alot come on the forum and ask questions that if they did a search could find answers to. Like oil seperators, is a 6#er too much, etc

I know the owner of TALON and SVTLightnings and could probably get his permission to duplicate info on his sites, he is also a guru on F150online

Parts Reviews - Great Idea. This will mostly fall on us to make happen. I will talk to the Admins and see what I can make happen, I have an idea on how to set that up and organize it.

How To's - Also a great idea. I know there's a ton of them out there, and if we have to outsource, well, I guess we can. I'd really, really like to make our own, but I know that's not an option for everything, at least until we get more members.

Parts/Suppliers - Scott and I are working on that. All I can say is give us some time, we're trying to get some Lightning specific vendors here.

Great Feedback guys. We're (all of us) are in on the ground level here and we can pretty much make it whatever we want. Keep it coming guys, great idea's so far.
