I dropped my truck off today for its next round of mods and ready to set up some fun to see how I stack up. The guy I know works at a Ford shop with a bunch of really cool guys. There is only 1 Lightning there getting some "baselline dyno numbers". I compliment him on his truck and he returns the compliment on mine noticing the blower under the hood. I tell him Im excited to find a Lightning to see how I stack up with my new mods. He said he could help me out and shows me his fresh off the presses dyno sheet. On a Mustang dyno he put out near 850 rwhp!!! I went oand looked under the hood and noticed a big turbo and nitrous lines!! He said he had a built bottom end, a couple more cubes, and the nitrous as well as a t76 turbo. How great would that be??!! My first attempt at an L and that thing roles up on 20's no less!!!
Just thought some would find it interesting. I must have sat and looked at it for half an hour.

When I am rich again I will do a low compression 6.0L with a few forged goodies, a big fuel system and LOTS of boost. Forged internals are sweet

 

i think it's cool as hell. i would think he will be good for 9's with that set up if he can hook. that would be the quickest 2nd gen lightning around.
