I think you mean lift of around .575.

What size engine, list of mods, which charger, what stall, and what are your hp goals?

Do you have any of the other specs? Sutch as duration. I dont know a whole lot about FI cams, but from what I think I understand, the 116 lsa will be good, but you want a split cam as far as your duration. I just cant remember if its a split, or reverse split. Im sure some of us can help, but we need a little more info on the cam specs youre talking about.

don't really know all the specs. the guy from mdm in marietta just gave me those specs and i asked him what brand and he said it don't matter so i figured it was a popular cam then i looked at the cam thread and didn't find one with those specs so i figured i would post here and see what we came up with.

you will want a cam with .570-.600 valve lift and a revese split(224/222) if your are turboed, and a traditional split(222/224) if you are supercharged.
