whats a good mild cam for 08 5.3?

You're going to lose a boat load of low end, I'd suggest a 3200 or 3600 stall.

Our truck intakes out-flow the LS1 intake, 3 inch dual exhaust is WAY too big for our trucks, gains in the top end for loss in the low end.
