Default What should I do

I have a stock 6.0 in the truck right now. My plans are to add a t-76 (10lbs of boost) sometime around beginning of the year. Anyway, I have a set of stage 3 heads in shop should I put them on the stock motor to get by for now or should I just build a 6.0 with forged rods and pistons and same heads. I already have extra 6.0 sitting around waiting for build, but want to do turbo now not later. Will stock 6.0 handle turbo with a good tune and fuel?
