With a carbed 4.8 what intake centerline is needed? the cam is a 220/220 581/581 109 lsa. I am picking the options out on texas speed site so I can get the lower lsa since they dont give it as an option when choosing the tsp220/220

What is the engine going in, a truck or a car? If I were to shoot from the hip, I'd say have it ground on a 107 ICL, to give you 2* advance, so there's a little extra to help get it moving down low, but you're not taking away too much on top as it would if it were ground on a 105 ICL. Being a 4.8, there isn't much to be had down low anyway, so I'd get a converter matched to the cam you choose and try to leave a lot up top where it shines
