I did everything at once as far as engine.

Long Tubes
Milled 243 heads
Cam
.040 head gasket
Lifters, PRs etc.
Ran like a whole new machine at about 2800-3000 RPM

Next I did the Transmission
PB Lvl 2
3000-3200 278mm Circle-D stall

I would tell you how this all comes together, but I won't get my speed sensor plugs until tomorrow.

if you want a beast then take the time to do your research, save your money and be real about your expectations. Some mods can be had for cheap but if you look at the big picture you need to make sure your mods will go well together so you dont waste money down the road. You can start by seeing what are good proven combos for a lot of guys here.

Depending on miles you would be smarter to get a built trans first. The best sotp part would be to get a stall.

Other than that, longtubes, tune, stall, would be best first things.

depending on how many miles you have on your engine . and wanting to make it a "beast" built the trans with a yank or circle d 3400-3600 stall swap in a low mile 6.0 with long tubes and tune . then build off the 6.0 platform . cam ect....and you will like your truck with the stall and headers with your stock engine till you swap the 6.0

If you want a beast then turbo it. Along with doing the supporting mods that will handle the few extra hundred HP that youll make
