That tensioner is for the newer blocks, your motor doesnt have a tensioner.

the Ls2 Timing chain will work. You just wont need the tensioner.

New chain is wise. A new oil pump is smart at that mileage while you have it apart (dod pump from a 07+ truck will work just fine) new oil pump o ring.

So the list is:

Cam
LS2 timing chain
Timing cover seal
Front seal (for crank pulley)
2 good water pump gaskets
LS7 lifters and trays
New pushrods spec'd out for cam/lifter swap/head gasket change
Head gaskets
Valve springs
Cam
Head bolts (i like arp head bolts bc of the ease of just torquing them in 3 sets vs wondering if you degreed the factory bolts correct or not)

Everything i do is pretty much over kill, the reason i say new oil pump and arp everything

@javiortiz You probably do not have lifter tick. However doing a cam swap you should probably swap the lifters.
