What combination to get 427

Other than buying a 427 ci engine, what block, rotating assembly will render 427ci's?

There are a lot of combinations, aftermarket. Can you be more specific? Do you just want bore and stroke, brands of parts? What are you looking for?

I want a Aluminium block that I can install a stroker kit to make a 427ci engine.

I have seen short blocks done this way but the cost is crazy.
