you first have to ask youself do you want more low end tq or top end hp

The larger duration you go the more your moving the power band up the rpms

The 228/228 he mentioned would be a pretty badazz cam. That cam is going to lean more towards top end.

Idk if I would go any larger than the 228/228 for a dd

You could also look at some thing with a split pattern like 216/224 for example should help keep lowend tq and topend hp also would put you in a good postion for a supercharger later down the road

Just do a lot of research looking up dyno charts track times of cams in 6.0s

It's better to under cam than over cam for a dd

All good advice posted above, what exact bolt on's do you have? I would also go with a split duration but specs depend on what you want out of it.

I do a lot of roll racing do you think it would be good for that with a 3200 stall or maybe a 224/228 would be better??

224/228 would be an awesome choice!!!

If you were on a stock stall I wouldnt go larger than 220/220 but you not so you can go with a larger cam

I wouldn't be afraid to run the 228/228.

What gears and tire size? You planning on ported heads?
