Default What 6.100 rods?

I need some 6.100 .945 pin rods for my lq9. I bought the pistons and was going to reuse my stock rods due to a little predicament. But my buddy brought me my Tahoe back home so now I can build the motor all the way. So what are some good ones. This is a boosted build obviously.

Do you mean 6.125" rods? That's the most common aftermarket rod length. Stock rods are 6.098".

No I ment 6.100. Yes stock rods are 6.098 but finding 6.1 has been easier. When I ordered the pistons I got them for zero deck with the 6.098 rods so that later on I could build it with 6.100 rods and be .002 out of the hole. I have the junk yard dog wiseco's. Beefy SOBs too.

All your typical rod makers apply...I personally like callies. I think you can use a SBC rod if you use a different bearing but dont hold me to that.

i'm thinking the callies compstar rods. seems people have been making good power with them. only rated to 750hp but at i think 7500rpm. i'm not going to turn near that.

Called callies they said 850 @ 7500rpm. I told them 6500 max. They said I should be good to go then. But they couldn't promise anything. Too many variables.
