I think most go to the marine intake for changing of the injectors. James B. has a bad *** set up, 383 with a whipple.

Is there a marine set-up for a vortec engine? I have heard the roumors and have been trying to locate information on it with no success. Any help would be great!

Yea the main thing with the marine intake it that everything else around it is basically the same and you can still use the same intake and throttle body on it. You can also bolt all the current superchargers for this engine right to it. It does flow a lot better then the stock L31 intake does so its worth a few ponies, but like you guys said before its not as good as say the RamJet manifold.
James B. is running a sweet set up. he has some edelbrock heads and the marine manifold on the GMPP 383 short block... I'm jealous.

That is a really awesome thread. I wish i had known about it last year because just reading it gets me excited . I can't imagine what it was like for the people following it while it was underway.

So anyone got anymore info on the 5800 redline? Cause I know that out of everyone that still has a 350 some one has to be workin on this a little harder. Also anyone live near Nitrous@LS1Truck that has tunercats, so that someone could read the pc after it is flashed with the programmer so that we could see what is changed. just a thought

I'm working on some S/W to read it, just haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I'll post results as soon as I can.
