Default Advice on some heads

doing some research to get an idea of what I want.

My first choice are the WCCH 5.3 castings, but the reality is they are, and probably always will be out of my budget range.

I know I can have the 243's milled, ported etc. so thats an option.

I guess mainly I'm looking for feedback on Patriot Heads. what's their reputation, customer service etc.

Anyone running Patriot heads can give me some feedback?

these are the heads I was looking at, assembled.

If you want a budget oriented head that performs, check out the Stage 1 LS6 heads from PRC! Or, if you already have 243's, we can CNC port them and save you some more money and get you the performance gains you seek!

Let us know if we can help!

if your going with patriot, why don't you go with #2033.. for a couple of bucks more //
you get more compression ,bigger lightweight valves , they come assemble with .650 springs...
vs.
a CNC job is going to cost you anywhere from $700.00+ depending on flow numbers + the mill is another 100 bucks, not including the springs, locks, retainers & assembly ..

- heard good things on livernois stg 3, but price wise -jumps up..

TEA does some great head work. PRC is a good proven head. The Patriots would be one of my last choices. I heard MANY good things about the Livernois Stage III
