For my roller rockers I had to remove the baffle under the drivers side PCV vent.
I also had to mill off the casting dimples dimples under each rocker cover.
I use the LS6 valley cover so I no longer vent from the rear drivers side rocker cover.

I've read that you do have to remove the baffles for some roller rockers, some rocker manufacturers actually describe that the baffles must be removed in their installation instructions...I'm surprised that you have a clearance problem with the Harland Sharps, mine fit under the covers with no problems. I did have to grind little notches in the head on the side where the pushrods meet the rockers. The rockers were really close to the head and looked like there was the potential for contact.
You could always get a catch can or try the LS6 valley cover as Doobie mentioned. The baffles are probably pretty useless anyway, considering how much oil is already sucked through the PCV systems on these engines already lol.
