hey guys i have put a set of harland sharpe rockers on a engine i currently am building an they are supposed to fit under the cover but the driver side has like a baffle in it that it is hitting i thought bought cutting it out but idk if that would hurt anything or what. would that be ok or would yall guys suggest something else. plz help

I think you do have to trim up the covers a bit to fit rollers under them

i removed the drip tabs and grinded down the little bolt depression and i was in the clear

so did yall have any problems with oil coming through the pvc vent? or did yall reroute it

For my roller rockers I had to remove the baffle under the drivers side PCV vent.
I also had to mill off the casting dimples dimples under each rocker cover.
I use the LS6 valley cover so I no longer vent from the rear drivers side rocker cover.

I've read that you do have to remove the baffles for some roller rockers, some rocker manufacturers actually describe that the baffles must be removed in their installation instructions...I'm surprised that you have a clearance problem with the Harland Sharps, mine fit under the covers with no problems. I did have to grind little notches in the head on the side where the pushrods meet the rockers. The rockers were really close to the head and looked like there was the potential for contact.

You could always get a catch can or try the LS6 valley cover as Doobie mentioned. The baffles are probably pretty useless anyway, considering how much oil is already sucked through the PCV systems on these engines already lol.
