I am currently running the cam above and was wondering what idle speed ( rpm ) people are running safely with this cam. Right now my truck idles about 900ish with the ac off and 1000+ with the ac on. Seems a little high IMO! Just looking to see what other are idling at or if anyone has experience with this cam and can recommend at idle speed that would be greatly appreciated!

Mines about 700-750 at idle in a 4.8.

 

Whatever idle gives the best vacuum and idle response, imo.
