Default TrickFlow Lobes?

I've learned here that Comp grinds TrickFlow's cams, but does anybody know which lobes they use? Are they XER lobes that have been massaged or something?

I'm not familiar with trickflow cams. What do the specs look like? .006 and .05 duration along with lift

Here's the specs on the one cam that I remember... 220/224 .575/.575 112

The next one up is around 228/something with even more lift....

I believe all those cams come blank and each company cuts to the blanks to its size... So I don't think they start with a blank, cut down to xer then cut down again to trickflow...

I have a master lobe spreadsheet somewhere, let me see if i can find it...

Comp grinds the Trick Flows and they are similar to, if not exactly the same as XER lobes...

The 4 Trick Flow cams durations at .050" are as follows:

216 int./220 exh. - 0.560 int./0.560 exh. 114LSA
220 int./224 exh. - 0.575 int./0.575 exh. 112LSA
228 int./230 exh. - 0.585 int./0.585 exh. 112LSA
238 int./242 exh. - 0.595 int./0.595 exh. 112LSA

Thanks guys...I was guessing that they were XER lobes that were a little worked, as they are similar with a little less lift than the other XER lobes that I've seen of the same duration...

Eventually, in an LQ9. Although, it will be so long until I can afford to put the LQ9 together that I've been considering a cam swap in the 5.3 to hold me over. If I come across an extra few hundred and the right deal on a used bumpstick pops up I might jump on it Could always get a cam and put it in the 5.3 then swap it over to the 6.0...but then I'll probably want more cam for the 6.0 anyway. Ahh, so many plans and so little money lol
