Default Throttle body/Intake config

Have a 370ci 6.0 with ported 243s 2.08/1.6 valves with 212/216 550+? lift cam (custom specd). Have factory 78mm throttle body and 2000 model intake.

WIth all of that in mind, how much will a 90mm throttle body gain me, and do I need to upgrade the intake? Im talking bang for buck, If I do not need to spend it I dont want to.

Im shooting for 400 to the wheels in a 5500lb 4x4. If I dont make quite that much I will be fine, but it would be cool to see!

Injectors are the SV2 style and eletronic throttle body on that one? Not familiar with the different configs. I am trying to keep it simple, cable driven and SV1 style plugs. What is the size of the throttle body on the TBSS intake?
