Find just one of the "fast trucks" on this site that use that cam. Or any Reverse split for that matter. Even thunder racing will steer you away from that cam if you have any decent mods at all. But I forgot that most cams purchased by fine people on this site are judged based on youtube idle clips. Don't start no ****, won't be no ****...

The **** is no one can say anything contrary to what you believe or else theyre jsut stupid.

The people in this thread cover what you asked for, theyve since moved on to other setups and there are quite a few turbo guys running reverse splits, you do the searching as what I and others already know has been said already in this thread. Youre the one that needs to learn use the search button on here and over on useless tech according to you.

True, I'm not sure what I want to do. This isn't going to be a racing truck. I will take it to the track every now and then. I'm just wanting some good power to have some fun in.

I would recommend you call FTI and get a cam that is spec'd to your specific needs by a professional. As opposed to drinking the kool-aid dulled out from half wits, and self proclaimed cam doctors...

Ed over at FTI is good.

But, you're the one drinkin the cool aid of half wits. Reverse split cams work in real world tests. Lay down great track times, great hp and great tq curves.

I think you should stop reading theories and actually research some of the numbers and times reverse splits have laid down.

The biggest one that stands out in my mind is CHarris who had an H2 running low 13s with a radix and a cheater cam. I dont think youre going to get anyone on here to waste their time looking up threads for you. No matter what is posted youve proven time and again your opinion is whats right and you dont care what everyone else says.

So I guess we will never know what he is leaving on the table by not running the proper cam for his set up... When FI is part of the equation there is never horsepower gained by running less exhaust duration then intake.
