Looking at different cams for my sbe 5.3. running a 243 head currently unmilled. super vic intake with fast 4150 tb. its in a super light s10 with a glide behind it. will be hitting it with at least a 200 shot.

im looking at the eps single plane cam 236/248 .615/.615 108LSA
im worried about having to fly cut my pistons if i mill the heads, anyone have any experience with this setup?
