Default Shaving head to raise compression

How much can you raise compression on a 03 5.3 thats all stock by shaving the heads how much can you shave and every thing clear and what would compression be

It's usually about .030-.040 that you can shave. Takes about 7cc from the chambers, so it would probably bring it up about a full point.

Typically its around .006"-.007" for every 1cc. No way to be for certain without actually cc'ing the heads, but this will give you a rough idea.
