Default selecting a cam for my 6.0Lq4

hey guys im thinkin a putting a cam in my 6.0l 1500hd.just wondering what you though about this cam.and if i should have springs or rods put in at the same time. im going to be buying from vinciperformance one of our sponsers.another question.anyone know a good place to get this installed either in las vegas or southern calif..
