Default reduce cam lope?

Is it possible to reduce the lope of a cam at idle?

Did a cam swap on Friday. Has, what I call, a noticable lope. So much so, it shakes the vehicle side to side. I have a 5.3 ext cab. 04'. Had a Nelson tune installed just after. Even after the tune, having trouble keeping the truck running at idle. Will a another re-tune fix the idle problem and "too much" lope.

Here are the specs of the cam.

Duration at .050"
219/222
Intake lift 564
Exhaust lift 551
Lobe separation 112
Centerline 108 degrees
advance the cam 4 degrees.

By the way, White1 and a couple of his buds did the swap and did a great job. Truck runs great after idle and a very noticable power gain.

Thanks.

Thats the only way I know of to reduce lope. I bumped my idle up and it cut down on the shaking a good bit.

we can make a few scans for you next time you are in the area, just let us know and you can email that to Nelson to help him see what's happening

Truck lopes pretty hard but the idle is at 500 (or a hair bit higher). I think if it were to idle at 700-750 should be ok.
